	Ditto what PDQSHIP sez.  FIA, like other organizations should set 
basic restrictions and let the teams play.  Not to start the N*CAR thing 
again, but heard where [Sterling Marlin???] one team had the restrictor 
plate thing figured to the point of killing other teams on certain 
tracks.  Competitors answer?  Work on it in the off-season.

	Fact is, BMW is a PITA whiner when it comes to getting beat.  
While they do have some interesting cars [already discussed], there 
answer has usually been to solve competition via protests, not design.  I 
say set weight limits, cubic limits, etc., and let the companies run.  
Otherwise, you are really just watching the same car, different badge, 
run round and round.  Givin' bmw the ol one finger wave--right now:)
