No, this is definitely a different car, but another 1981 exists same
color.....  I had a ProRally friend of mine chase the guy at grattan down
(near Flint MI graydon), he kept upping the price (At Grattan, it was dead in
the water, "first 2500 takes it home").....  He had a wiring prollum (when
hot, not a dist prollum), some guy from CAN was supposed to come down with a
wiring harness to drive the car away, never showed.... My buddy called him a
couple dozen times in the weeks following to no avail....  
The owner had another urq (85?) and decided to repair the thing hisself....
