Sir, the best book for the money, on the Bosch FI, is  by
Charles O Probst, called,
 
Bosch Fuel Injection & Engine Management, 
by Robert Bently Publishers, 617-547-4170 
ISBN 0-8376-0300-5

or if that nots tech enough the SAE has alot of papers on the subject!
