They all died at the same time???  Veeery strange.
I have had good luck removing the switches, disassembling, and burnishing
the contacts.  I believe the drivers switch and the door switch for each
of the other three work like a 3-way switch, in that the contacts in both
switches must be in good shape to work properly.  If you are down to one
switch already, it'll be hard to substitute one for another to isolate
problems.  Good Luck....
