Hey,

I have done this with a few items:

1. Alittle penatrating oil
2. Some heat
3. A socket or somthing to fit the non flange side of the bushing
4. I think it was a strut nut from the front strut housing
5. A vise
6. A hammer

In about that order too. Once the a-arm is removed I spray with the oil then go to something else for awhile
{like changing the strut}. Now its time for setting it in the vise with the socket on the nonflange side and
the strut nut on the other {it should go over the outside of the flange} apply some heat and crank the vise
closed. With some good pressure it will give with a CRACK! turn the vise as far as it will go. Get your
hammer, turn the a-arm in the vise and finish the job. You can use the vise to reinstall the bushing. Basiclly
you are doing the same thing. Squeeze the bushing in the a-arm with the vise but you will not need the othe
sockets or whatever just the vise. I will lube the inside of the a-arm so it will not rust and the bushing
will slide alittle easier.

  It works for me....
