Re: A4Q vs RX7TT

I couldn't resist the temptation to put my 2¢ in here:

It must be something wrong with the S6. I was challenged a couple of times by
Auroras and it was not even funny. Afterwards I felt like a high school bully
who'd beatten up a nerd, almost guilty. Then, on the other hand, he'd invited me
himself, to his own disgrace (and on his own turf too: from a stand still, in a
strait line AND in a dry weather). Sorry, Aurora is NOT a domestic WMB, let alone
an Audi (unlike they like to market themselves). It's a typical Detroit
luxo-whale.

I also happened to beat a 328i(easy), a 3000GT(easy), an AllTrac Turbo, a Probe
Turbo(so-so), a 911sc(not so easy) and numerous less significant others.

I've never squared off against an RX7T, though. I drove a '95 RX7T, feels like my
200 performance wise, in the same ball park (less power, but a lot lighter). Would
probably beat me in the dry, though.

I am a clinical case of a Quattro addict and wouldn't want to be seen dead in a
jap two door boy-racer, but I HIGHLY doubt that an A4 2.8l can come even close to
an RX7T performance wise, sorry.
