<200Q> Sunroof electrical problem
Hi,
For the last several days I'm puzzled about the electric
connections to the sunroof of my '89 200Q.
I don't get 12V+ to the switch. The fusable link common
to the sunroof and windows still works (windows are ok).
If I provide 12V+ to the switch, the roof works fine.
I traced the cable back to a large green connector behind
the aux relay panel, where the black cable switches over
to a blue/red one (still no 12V+).
According to my '84-'88 5000 diagram there is a "standard" fuse between
the fusable link and this connector, but I'm unable to find
such a fuse.
According to the owners manual of the 200, there is only the
fusable link for the sunroof, no standard fuse.
I don't have a wiring diagram for the '89 yet. Could somebody
please check, or even better is there somebody local to PDX/Beaverton
where I could get a copy.
Thanks in advance
- Hans
