Pentosin 7.1 vs. 11

I had a leak in my power steering pump. I got some of the 'special' fluid 
and refilled the reservoir until I could replace the pump. However, I 
discovered there are two types*7.1 and 11) and the type that I refilled 
with was the wrong type. When I replaced the pump, I emptied the reservoir 
and put in all new fluid, but there was still some of the wrong fluid in my 
power steering mechanism, I am sure. Should I be worried about this?
