SEABELT HARNESS

Hi!
I don't know if you have ever tried a car with a harness.
There is several types. In my opinion 5 point is the best although
you have to cut a hole in your seat cushion to have the fifth belt go
through it. Four point may be better for the street. I would never
buy harness for looks. I personally like the feel of them. You are
really strapped in there (properly) so ever a trip to the glove box
or a radio (on some inferior cars) for that matter can be challenging
or not possible. I don't feel right without even a seatbelt. Sometimes
drive the car out of the garage and try to get out to close the door
just to discover that I have put the belt on (habit).
I also saw an in-car shot of a rally axident where a Mitsubishi
plowed into some safety vehicles at 80 MPH and the only thing that
moved was the drivers head. The shoulders didn't even leave the
seatback!
That is proof enough to me. The only thing I find annoying is
that some people have the harnesses but don't use them on short trips
(to the convinience store) becouse of laziness. Other than that go
for it.

Good luck.
