Hella XLs

Don't leave home w/o them,

The XLs saved my butt coming back from CMS last night.  I have an'88 5ktq.  The
lights as we know suck big time.

I put XLs above the bumper.  When set by the included level they are great but I
get flashed by oncoming traffic.  I set them a little low and most don't flash,
maybe a Miata but no SUVs.  I run the right side out a bit to the side of the
road so I can see the curbs, deer etc.  When I turn on the hi-beams I can't even
tell!

I still want euro lights though.  I put them in my Xr4 just a month ago and they
are sooooo good that driving the 5k with XLs pales in comparison.  And I still
run the stock power euro bulbs though I could have 400w highs if I wanted.  I
use 55w H4 lows 99% of the time and they are superb.
