1990 Coupe Q speakers

Hey gang,


I'm ready to start on the stereo upgrade in my Coupe Q. 
Question... how does one go about getting at the rear speakers? 
I'm not too thrilled about prying at the grilles without knowing
how they are attached.  Do I need to remove the entire side panel? 
Also, what's the best way to get at the tweeters?  

My local audio retailer loaned me a new pair of 5 1/4" Alpine
DDDrive component speakers that I'd like to hide behind the stock
grills if possible.  Any input?
