So who runs Cool Carbons?

A few questions about Cool Carbon pads:

 1) Are they significantly harder on the rotors?
 2) Do they squeal when cold?
 3) Do they dust a lot?
 4) How long do they generally last (compared to stock)?

and, finally:

 5) Where do I get them?

I suspect that I'll have to get the fronts custom made as they're for
the 200q (UFO brakes). I should probably use the Green compound for a
3800lb. car, huh?

Thanks (btw, this is kinda urgent - I'm getting new front rotors this
week sometime).
