RE: Is the dealer misleading me?



They probably cashed your check already, right? Just in case they
didn't, simply stop payment on it. It'll cost you a bit, but I would do
it. I wouldn't give my business to that dealer if I could at all avoid
it.

Did you sign any other papers?
