flattening out

Thanks for the reply.I just installed the motor about 1 month ago. At 
that time all hoses etc. were cleaned/inspected,all ok. Clogged cat? Car 
pulls strong in first gear and second as well. it seems the higher the 
gear the less rpm. Have checked the switch operation from the ECU 
connector. WOT switch to pin #21, IDLE to pin #15. Push accel. pedal down 
loose gnd on #15. Pedal to floor get ground on #21. Can't dupplicate 
intermittent operation, guess I should change switch (WOT) to be sure. 
This problem existed with old engine as well. NEXT.
