No, they are actualy the so called "city lights" (Euro parking lights).
Since the side markers are not used by Euro standard AND you have High Beam H1 
projectors where front directionals used to be, I'd suggest that you connect the 
"city lights" to either one of those (now useless) circuits.

If you fail to do so you may find yourself with a burnt H4 bulb and your car would 
be all dark in the front (that will make you an easy prey for the first Revenue 
Collector, coming towards you on the opposite lane).
