Martin, the place where one would least expect to find anything decent - 
Radio Shock - have just started to sell a removal kit. It consists of two 
3mm x 50mm rods with a spade on one end and a ring on the other. I did not 
try it, but it looks very similar to my genuine Blaupunkt kit.
