Wheel Hub Decals

Does anyone have (or know who has) the ability to make some decals for the
center caps of my Moda sports and hub caps on my steel (winter) wheels?

The OE center cap design is the Audi 4 rings in chrome on a black backround,
with an outside crome ring almost at the outer edge of the 2 3/4" diameter
circle. I'd love it to be like that, but would settle for the 4 rings on a
black backround.
