'91 200q RR control arm front Bushing

I need the referenced part. Audi (Carlson and others) keep coming up
with the wrong bushing. Bentley shows the right drawing of the part at
page 42.14 but the part number - 4AO511330A - comes in as a three point
fitted bushing that even if you tried to adapt it is 90 degrees to the
control arm. Linda ordered twice--same wrong part. There is a Service
Bulletin # 429303 that talks about control arm bushings but I do not
have access and the local dealer is not inclined to do the records
search (I bring him the Carlson parts to install. Maybe therein lies a
clue?) I need this part something awful. The one I have is been around
for 188K and it is shot. Any help? Some one out there replace this and
still have the right part number on their work order? The S4 has the
same part, probably the S6 too. My guess is 89-91 200 have same part.
