I'm completely confused now. My 200q 10v max's at 1.3 bar as well.
It's not only the slush boxes. I was under the impression that people who were
getting above this number had installed a stiffer wastegate spring and
by-passed the "over-boost condition" kill switch. 

My 200 has been getting 1.3 max since day one off the dealer floor.
Well, my dad was getting 1.3 max off the showroom floor. I have a hard time 
imaging myself having enough funds to own a NEW Q!
