After removing the front plastic panel that incorporates the light guides for 
the controls, remove two (phillips?) screws holding the display to the chassis. 
Be carefull of the connecting flat cable.  Behind the steel part on the right 
hand side is the relevant lamp.  (At least it was on mine, but mine had been 
"repaired" before.)
