CQ Switch Lights

The backlight in my Anti-lock Off switch will only illuminate if I tap the
switch a few times.  It seems there must be a loose contact or something as
the bulb will in fact light.  Any suggestions on what I should check?

In a related matter, can you remove the front of the Diff Lock switch like
the dash switches?  If not, how do you get to the bulbs inside?  TIA for any
info.
