CQ Maint. Questions

Hello all:

What is the recommended time/mileage interval for changing the coolant?
 Should we switch to the new pink stuff if doing a complete flush/refill?

When should the O2 sensor be replaced?  My engine is still running fine (w/
exception of occasional cold start gremlin) @ 71k.

BTW, I drove the 1.8T quattro last week.  Very impressive.  No discernable
turbo lag and the engine loves to rev.  Quite different from the CQ with max
torque from 1750 to 4600.  I want one - w/ manual of course.  I think this
car will really fly if chipped to 200hp.
