The color does not represent the amount of pressure!!!
If so they got alot of suppliers confused!!
Example- I have a black cap-18 psi, a white cap-22psi, a blue 22 & 18
and a red 18 psi cap! Also a Blue 18 psi with a overflow tube built on
to the cap!!
Now there are caps made in Germany, Canada and the US, which are quite
simular as far as looks go! Even the caps from Brazil look identical to
the German ones!
Some of the newer versions have the pressure ratin raised on the innerds
of the cap! So depending where you live , where you shop, and what you
buy, will determine the caps color and pressure rating!!!
It would be nice to associate a certain color, with a certain pressure!
Its got my vote!
