The contract price will be the price you pay. However, if you
are trading in a car, it's likely that any agreed-upon trade-in
price at this point will be meaningless. So, when signing a contract
that goes out this long, your best bet would be to not trade in
a car!

When you sign the contract, all costs should be laid out for you.
You'll agree on a purchase price... make sure that the contract is
clear whether or not this includes the destination fee (which you
do have to pay). On top of this selling price will be sales tax,
and probably some fee(s) to cover motor vehicle registration
and documentation.
