Re: 2nd try: Ethanol/gas mixes (was: premium vs regular)
the a4 owners manual lists permissible blends of gasoline w/ ethanol,
methanol, & mtbe
it says gasoline w/ <= 10% ethanol is ok
i suspect you would be hard pressed to find 'pure' gasoline in many parts of
the country, due to winter 'oxygenation', low emission gasoline (e.g., ca),
etc...
