HELP - Broken Cables to Speedo

Hi all,
     
So it happened last week. The speed (pulse) sending unit for the 
speedo "jumped out" and the cable harness got caught up in the 
fly wheel and ruptured all the cables. So, I need to splice in 
new cables and reconnect them.
     
My question now is: Does anyone know to which position these 
cables are connected on the little pulse sending unit. The 
connector (that left me somewhere on the freeway) is a three 
position one.
Cables colors are (if I recall) blue/black, brown, and red/brown.
     
Anyone have any leads???
