Hi Bob,

A couple of years ago my light came on constantly; the bomb was shot
and I had the wrong central hydraulic pump. I replaced both and the brakes
became great and the steering got much lighter. But, the damn light wouldn't
go out:-( Behind the master cylinder is something called the servo it has a
sensor screwed into it. I removed one of the wires and the light went out. I
know this is the ostrich approach to the problem, but everything feels fine,
the ABS works correctly. The thing was that the car would start without the
light, but after about a minute the the light would come on and the warning
would sound three times. Maybe I need a new servo; I'm not even sure what it
does, maybe the sensor is defective. But I got sick of throwing money at it and
just pulled the wire. I do not advocate this solution...but it has worked for
two years for me. Every so often I will hook up the wire, but nothing has
changed:-)

						Happy motoring,
