Oil Pan Plug

Ed - this should do it:  WEAR GLOVES WHILE DOING THIS>>>>

1)  Heat area around plug with propane torch;
2)  Slap ice cubes on plug to contract it; (WHEE!  Steam!!)
3)  Put BOX end wrench or socket on plug, break loose immediately.  
Don't use an open-end wrench because of the potential for rounding 
the plug head.
