90q20v Dash Clicking

I think it's a hysteresis/servo loop problem.  Audi just mounted the
heating elements too close to the temperature sensor.  Design rather
than malfunction.  Change the setting (up or down) and it goes away
for at least a while.  Much more prevalent on a heated but unoccupied
seat.  Mine have clicked away for 60,000 miles.
