MERICAN?

       I am frequently puzzled by the references to 'Merican cars, drivers,
  people, engineeering etc.
  I was wondering where 'Merca is.  Is it a third world country?  The way
  Psycho Bob refers to them, they
  sure do seem to have a lot of problems and really dumb people.
  Fortunately, I live in the United States
  of America and am grateful for that every day that I live and breathe.  I
  would not want to live anywhere
  else as I'm sure that the French would never want to live in 'Rance or
  the 'Etherlands or even 'Reat
  'Ritain for that matter.  If someone will tell me where 'Merica is I'd
  like to help them, they sure seem like
  they could use a helping hand.  HAD ENOUGH? ME TOO!
