  To answer multiple requests, especially for new folks......

  The NE list is just used so that geographically similar folks can
  take discussions for get togethers off the Q-list to save the poor folks
  in California and the Netherlands from having to read it.  It is used
  just for regular E-Mail...there is no List that "runs" like the Q-list.
  When someone needs the addresses to do something, they usually
  mail to me and ask for it.
