My Coupe does this too.  Or at least it's digital dash version.  I ignore
it figuring it's probably a wire that touches something hot due to
unusual positioning caused by high side forces.  Although this didn't
seem relative to forward acceleration, just lateral.  Any other time, no
such indication is ever seen.
