Interesting Car for Sale

Greetings from the Great White North.  Hope all of you in the lower half
of North America enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday.  Some, it appears, have
much to be thankful for (I'm sure Bob and his wife are thanking the
GAUDI'S for lots of things this year!  Glad to hear that the car sacrificed
itself to save others.).

I was talking to the owner of an eclectic auto/marine/sports store in
Calgary, Alberta yesterday and he mentioned that he has a car for sale.
I've never heard of it so I'll query the collective list to hopefully
learn more.  Here's what he mentioned in our brief conversation:

        Make:   NSU/Audi
        Model:  RO-80
        Year:   early '70's? (he said but I missed it)
        Engine: 987 cc
                2 rotor Wankel
        Other Stuff:
        He shipped the car over from Austria when he immigrated to
        Canada.  It's in "great condition" and he's looking for a "good home"
        (his words) for it with someone who knows and cares about its value
        and history.  Price is "negotiable".

I'm having him send me more info and a picture but I thought I'd post this
in case any of you were interested.  He's net impaired so contact me if you
