USA Q-meet: update

Well, the subject has not died. I have just been obnoxiously busy, so I
haven't been able to give it a lot of top priority. I will try over the next
couple of days to rejuvenate the whole discussion.

In the meantime, feel free to e-mail me with any comments/suggestions etc...
or with a response to the posted results of the vote.
