USA Q-meet: update

Subject: USA Q-meet: update                                                     
the 96 pikes peak hillclimb was on the duece last night so i watched it         
(for the first time).                                                           
this got me to thinking - what would it take to run "our" (as in a              
"qlist sponsored/built/driven") quattro in 97?                                  
anybody done pp or other hillclimbs?                                            
anyone have the rulebook or know who the sanctioning body is?                   
it would probly have to run in the unlimited class, so an outright win          
is unlikely, but it sure would be fun to see.
