Exhaust blowing

Hi All,
	Wondered if anyone has experienced this before. My exhaust is blowing
but only when accelerating moderately / hard. Also the engines RPM does
not seem to matter (i.e. accelerate from 1,000 to 5 - 6k slowly and the
exhaust doesn't blow - do it quickly and it does) The best guess I can
make is that the flexible joint (after the down pipes) is opened when
the engine is rocked on it's mounts by hard acceleration. Anyway one got
any ideas ?

P.S. Does anyone else on the list drive an 87 Coupe q (ur-q body style -
almost !) ?
