 Hey mike,

        I had the same thing happen, the wheel shook and the car stopped
without breaking. I replaced the MC and the hydraulic servo. used ones
thanks to Chris at Autobahn.  I feel this   failure could have been avoided
if the brake fluid had been  changed at some frequency. Also my car spent
the first 5 years of its life at the shore in Boston which may have caused
some extensive rust build up
