Clutch- Help!

My wife's 80q recently had a clutch transplant. All was well for a 
day or two, then symptoms reappeared (hard into first, grind into 
second) Mechanic replaced clutch cylinder- better, but not perfect, 
and if memory serves, not as good as first day or two. Trans oil was 
replaced at time of clutch replacement w/synthetic Quaker State. I 
need the help of all you erudite q-listers. Thanks!
