RE: 0% of 477K



I don't have a problem with the list itself (speed wise :-) since I
don't get the digest, but the archives are a major PITA for me. I'm
using IE 3.01 on a T1 line and I basically can't use the archives. The
format is close to useless for me.

Have a look at the Merkur list's archive site
(http://home.ease.lsoft.com/archives/merkur-owners.html) for a look at
how well it can be done. My understanding is that it's a function of the
type of list server they use (ListServe?) on that list.

No offense to Dan at all, BTW - I'm hugely appreciative of him running
the list and providing the space and time.
