Well I dropped the car off at ye`old Audi dealer last night to have the 
leaking Fuel injector fixed and the Air Hose fitted.
I told them that if you lower the window when your driving along, it 
stinks of petrol, and it keeps going down to a 4 cylinder motor, so I 
said, "when you've fixed the injector, and fitted the air hose, take it 
for a blast up and down the duel caridgeway and make sure that a) it does 
not smell of petrol when you lower the window, and b) it runs spot on.
DONT RING ME UNTIL IT DOES :-)
If it does still smell of petrol, fix it, if it don't run properly, fix it.

BTW: An A4 of some description had a go the other night, but since he 
never got past, I never got to see what model it was, but I left him for 
dead, and thats with a motor only running at say 80% :-)
