I too would like to know a source for larger exhaust valves. FYI, I got out the 
calipers and measured the valves from my Abt big valve head..

 intake    40mm diameter by 99 mm long
 exhaust 33mm diameter by 98.5 mm long 
   This guy had an audi part no   035 109 611F T-T 3347/1

both had the 3 groove keeper
