Yippee! Kind of Long...

Many thanks to all of the great threads on fixing broken seat heaters.
This morning on the way to dropping the car at the dealership for a good
allignment; I had nice warm buns! I took some pictures during the
process and if they come out I will post them on my web page for
reference for other people. One thing I can say is, what a serious pain
in the *ss getting those seat covers off the frame! BuI am very happy
that it works now.
Since I am once again keeping my car due to a lack-luster credit history
(my own damn fault); I am changing the setup of the stereo. I would like
to run an external amp to a new set of rear speakers. I would like to
know what the proceedure is for removing the side panels to the center
console so that I can get access to the back or the radio, and put a
backstrap on it. The passenger side seems to be the best bet for running
the cabling back to the trunk. Does anyone have any specific expertise
on preventing alternator/Turbo whine from getting into the system via an
external amp? All advice here is appreciated.
 Sorry for the band-width.
