Been reading this thread for a while now, and I am having the same
"night blindness" problem with my '87 5KCSTQ.

Is there such a thing as a higher wattage bulb replacement for the
standard 55/65 watt 9004 bulb? Probably illegal in the states,
right? Do any of our Q-list friends in the UK know of any such
replacement bulb? Not that i would consider actually USING such an
illegal bulb! ;+ ]
