TAP vs IA, anyone have experiance with Both?

Well, I think I have most of the fuel system problems with my
car sorted out, so I am ready for a chip/wastgate mod.

The car is a 1990 200 tqw - 2 knock sensors, MAC16 (maybe 14, I can't
remember) controller.

So now I am trying to decide between the $3XX.00 mod from TAP, or the
$7XX.00 mod from IA (IA stage II). Both claim +60-65 hp and other
assorted benafits.

On the surface, it would appear that the TAP mod is a much better value.
TAP claims that this mod basically puts the car in European tune, with 
a slight tweak. 

I know there are differing opinions about the quality of the chip mods that
TAP does, so I am interested in knowing if anyone out there has actually
installed a TAP mod in there 10V MC engine. 

There seems to be no disagreement about the quality of the IA mods. If someone
has experience with them, I would like to hear that too.
