urQ: 2-piece EM

AM Cars (Adam Marsden) pioneered this trick, and now sells it as a standard 
modification.  John Robinson's car (treasurer of UK QOC) was "done" three weeks 
ago and I'll be meeting John tonight.  As I understand it, one part of the 
manifold needs some minor grinding work.
