Just as a counterpoint, my (limited) experience with Ned was just the
opposite: He wasn't willing to discuss what he does in any detail other than
to tell me how much power my car would have afterwards and to say that
"you'll enjoy it." Maybe he was busy or maybe he felt I was pressing him to
reveal "trade secrets" but I am NOT willing to let ANYONE modify my ECU chip
first telling exactly what they're doing and why ... my limited exprience
with TAP has been positive -- I bought a K&N air filter from them -- but
they also weren't willing to discuss their mods in any detail.
