What to pay for 1990 100Q

I am looking at a 1990 100Q with 107,000.  I haven't seen the car yet, but
assuming it  is in good shape, what would be a fair price to pay to a
private party.  Note that the car has the original clutch, steering rack,
and bomb.  The owner changed the engine oil about every 5000 miles.  Any
help would be appreciated.
