Explaining Chip mods

	AudiDudi comments on Ned's apparent? unwillingness to discuss 
EXACTLY what mods are made to computer----

	That is where I believe it is important to deal with somebody you 
trust.  Reminds me of an old engine builder / cam grinder I used for my 
Mopar years ago.  Wouldn't discuss specs, wouldn't allow you in the shop 
["Why would I want you in the way"?].  Also, would not put the thing 
together to your specs, unless he knew it was right.  At first, I said f 
him.  Later, I thanked him.  Wish he was still breathing.

	BTW, I have never talked with any chip manufacturer that would 
tell you exactly what he was doing to it.  But, that is why I will do 
business with Ned, not TAP.
