Ned v. TAP

	Earlier someone asked about why one went with TAP over Ned.  

	I am having Ned do some work for me because of one simple fact: 
Every time I have talked with him he has given me straight answers, no 
sales pitch.  TAP, well, it is your money.  Might want to look through 
the archives on TAP.  On chips TAP's price looks cheaper.  I have found 
though [on my weird-ass dual knock sensor, high compression 89 200tqw] 
that Ned will work in increments, TAP just sells one chip.  Basically it 
comes down to who you feel comfortable with.  Guess I just prefer 
straight-forward people.
