The main differences are the engine choices (like, diesels) and the
absence of Avant models. And then there are small details like non-chrome
exterior dressing and steel wheel option (like some lister points out,
it's important).
As for aftermarket stuff, if U.S. suppliers/tuners can't get you the
things you want, then you can always turn to European aftermarket stuff.
